As such, we are excited to create a valuable program for participating area businesses – the Local Business Highlight Package - a specially designed program that will provide you with unprecedented, ongoing exposure, all around the region at an exceptionally low rate – lower, in fact, than most any other media option in the region.

OBJECTIVES
Highlight, promote, raise awareness, and drive customers to Your Business, during the entire year, via a targeted, integrated, multi-media campaign reaching directly to visitors and residents in and around the North Lake Tahoe and Truckee region, plus regional viewers and potential visitors in Northern NV, Reno, and all around Lake Tahoe.

ELEMENTS
Lake Tahoe Visitor Network - The premier, in-room source for visitor information, 24 hours a day, in 2,400 hotel rooms, condos, and homes throughout Truckee, Squaw Valley, and North Lake Tahoe. The channels feature real-time local weather, live webcam images, current event listings, and valuable and engaging information about activities, dining, shopping, and more. The Network’s viewing audience is constantly changing, reaching out to a potential of over 60,000 unique viewers per month. The Network provides heretofore non-existent, high-frequency exposure for businesses wishing to reach the lucrative, interested, and eager-to-buy visitor market.

Get Out! Tahoe - A new 6-hour, daily program reaching over 153,000 subscriber households each morning and evening throughout the entire Tahoe/Truckee/Reno/Carson region. Positioned as the “daily dashboard”, Get Out! Tahoe’s lively, dynamic program mix features appealing and timely content that drives regular and repeat viewership, including updated regional weather conditions, forecasts, weather imagery, live webcams, resort conditions, event listings, plus a variety of interesting and informative video segments about people, businesses, places to go, and things to do around Lake Tahoe, Truckee and Reno.

Tahoetopia.com & TahoeTV.com – Tahoetopia.com, now in its 4th year, is a well-established web portal for Lake Tahoe residents, second homeowners and visitors, providing vital information about the North Lake Tahoe/Truckee area to over 500,000 site visitors, and generating over 1.5 million page views each year. Dynamic content includes live scenic and traffic webcams, updating weather imagery, current news and feature stories, and online video, via the microsite for TahoeTV/The Tahoe Channel, TahoeTV.com.

Lake Tahoe Hotline Phone Lead Tracking – Providing additional trackability for your presence on TahoeTV™ and Lake Tahoe Visitor Network. All clients will receive a custom Lake Tahoe Hotline dial code, which will be promoted exclusively on Tahoe TV and LTVN products coinciding with each video spot. The number dials through direct to your business, allowing a simple, one-number, process for viewers to call your business for information.

“LOCAL BUSINESS HIGHLIGHT” PACKAGE
Qualified participating business will receive the following:

  • A custom-produced :30 video highlight of your business,
  • Video spot in rotation on LTVN, in the related category, a minimum of 1x every two hours, 24/7.
  • Spot included in rotation on Get Out! Tahoe, min 2x per day, 3x per week during program hours.
  • A “call to action” graphic banner on-screen a minimum of 2x every hour during program hours.
  • A web banner (125 x125 px) in run-of-site rotation on tahoetopia.com, linking to your website.
  • Your video segment included as a web video on tahoetopia.com and TahoeTV.com
  • A web-ready version of the video segment, including web hosting for the term of your contract, for placement on your website, or other websites.
  • Lake Tahoe Hotline call tracking functionality.
  • Numerous other options and expansions are available to increase your exposure.
